EAT TOGETHER is what happens when you put two cooks, an urban organic farmer and nine guests in Tin Can Studio, a shiny mobile project space. Eat Together is a secret dinner for nine aimed at bringing together people for a good time and highlighting locally sourced organic ingredients harvested only a few hours before they’re served. Housed in Tin Can Studio, a shiny silver Streamline trailer, the dinner will be popping up all over the city and is dedicated to being a summer hideaway serving delicious seasonal suppers monthly.
 
 
June Edition
The first edition of Eat Together took place on a pleasant evening in June….which also happened to be Ken’s birthday. We pulled the trailer up to Frank Kohler’s house on 17th and Yukon earlier that same day. Frank’s place is a wondrous array of growing things and bees to pollinate them. Frank’s house also happens to be the home-base for some of the farming that Urban Farmer Tessa Wetherill, and where she gets much of the picked-minutes-before produce that Ken and Ellen serve up…
